Macleay Book Launch – What a wonderful day!

Thank you so much to the wonderful crowd who attended my launch of Fairytale Food Safari on Macleay Island. Such a beautiful buch and very welcoming. Thanks also to my beautiful friends, Wendy and Keven Kropf who were the angels with the food, and my sons, Ethan and Ryan – the stars of the stage!

Angela Stafford is passionate about cooking, art and nutrition. After the release of her first book, Wild Vegan (AKA Wild Morsels), she studied Kinesiology. A large part of that study involved gaining an even deeper knowledge of nutrition and wholistic health. With this knowledge and a passion for children’s health she embarked on the creation of a new book, Fairytale Food Safari, A Wholefood Family Cookbook. This book is a compilation of delicious, healthy recipes, nutritional information, cooking tips for adults and children, colour photos and watercolour illustrations.
