I developed this recipe with Christmas in mind. It is great to replace some of the very sugary desserts at parties with something more healthy but just as delicious.
If you like chocolate gingerbread, add some raw cacao to this recipe and blend it all a little longer to bring the oils out in the nuts. This will accommodate the extra dry ingredient. Alternatively, just add a little water to get the right consistency.
Gingerbread Bliss Balls
These delicious bliss balls taste like gingerbread and are a great healthy treat after dinner. Put them on the dessert table on Christmas day or bring them to your Christmas party for a more nourishing treat.
