Supermarket tour – I will go through your local supermarket with you and talk about how you can swap your regular products for healthier choices. I will also explain the downsides to consuming some of the foods you are already eating. (This service is limited to people in Brisbane and or The Redlands, QLD).
Price: $90 (for those in The Redlands) $100 in the greater Brisbane area
Pantry/Fridge Detox – I will go through your pantry with you and do a food audit. We can look at how you can improve your regular ingredients for ones that will upgrade your health. This may be done in person for people in Brisbane or The Redlands or through photos or Skype for those elsewhere.
Price: $90
One on One Consultations – I can talk to you in person or via phone or Skype to help you with health goals and to develop goals around eating, movement, and restorative balance. Beforehand, I will have you fill out a form for background information and during the consultation, we can then identify areas that need changing and work through strategies that are achievable for you.
