Sweet Immune Tea for a healthy winter

The winter months can bring colds and flus and it is important that we keep our body healthy and warm. This recipe is something we use frequently during this time. At the start of winter, I make up a large batch of the dried herbs (including some or all from the additional ingredients listed at the bottom of the recipe). This way, the tea is always on hand and we can make a large pot for the family at a moments notice.

Making herbal teas for winter

Below is an old video made when my eldest son was very young. Here, Ethan shows you how to make a delicious tea packed with nutrients that will strengthen your immune system and help fight those winter viruses. He also explains the benefits of the various herbs and the correct process of herbal tea making. It’s a little vintage by today’s standards but still very relevant and quite funny :-).
